Our yoga classes designed to bring alignment to the body.Yoga focuses on strength, flexibility and breathing to boost physical and mental wellbeing.

PORTUGAL REREAT

Myself and Meera Bhogal have joined forces to host their very first joint overseas retreat. The Algarve, Portugal provides the backdrop to the 6 day retreat combining energetic daily exercise sessions with Meera and rejuvenating yoga practice with Raj. AltaVista is a beautiful villa including an indoor and outdoor pool, stunning grounds where you will find a perfect space to reset and find some peaceful moments. Sukhman yoga has been running successfully since the beginning of 2017/2018, many students find that yoga classes may not suit them, let me say I run classes so it suits everyone. I teach mindful yoga with lot of alignment corrections.

The beauty of Yoga is that you don’t have to be a Yogi or Yogini to reap the benefits. Yoga is for everyone. Register yourself and get up to date events.

Almost scavenging for life between infinite to-do lists, just having a moment to sit back, relax and breathe can be Yoga. The literal translation of the word “yoga” is “union” – the bringing together of body and mind by use of the breath. These breathing techniques elevate your heart rate for a consistent period of times and is beneficial for overall fitness.
There is also evidence that yoga may help people with certain health conditions and chronic diseases manage pain and other symptoms.
